Ashley and Jacques met on Match . com in late 2018—proof that sometimes, modern love starts with a simple click. In 2019 they took their first big trip together to Maui, Hawaii. From biking down a volcano at sunrise to horseback riding along the ocean and through the mountains, and ziplining through lush canopies, they packed the trip with adventure. They stayed at the Grand Wailea, soaking in paradise and building memories that still make them smile.

By 2020 they had moved in together—just as the world shut down. The pandemic brought unexpected challenges, both personally and professionally. Life got real, fast. There were highs, lows, and everything in between. But through all of it, they kept coming back to each other with more clarity, more respect, and a deeper sense of commitment.

In 2024 Jacques proposed, and not long after, he left his corporate job to join Ashley as co-owner of their marketing agency. That same year, they traveled to Senegal on a mission trip—an experience that reminded them of what truly matters: faith, service, and purpose.

Their relationship hasn’t been without challenges, but it’s one they’ve chosen to fight for. Over time, they’ve built something solid—rooted in love, trust, and a shared vision for the future. Together they’ve grown stronger, closer, and more grounded in their faith.
